Islamic State West Africa (ISWAP) A Break Away Faction of Boko Haram terrorists have killed Hauwa Leman,in cold bood on 15th October 2018,Just 6 Weeks After The Killing of Another Registered Nurse in their custody.
Hauwa Leman Who was a Licenced Registered Midwife of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, Got a Job as a Contract Staff with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) until her Kidnapp on March 1st 2018.
Hauwa Leman (RM) is one of the three humanitarian workers Along side Alice Ngaddah (RN) and Saifura Hussaini Ahmed Khorsa(RM) abducted in an attack in the north-eastern town of Rann,Kala Balge Local Government Area of Borno State.
One of The three women abducted, Saifura Ahmed, was killed killed in September,While Hauwa Leman was killed in October
The Amnesty International,While Reacting to The Recent killing said: Boko Haram’s brazen disregard for the sanctity of life which resulted into the execution of Hauwa Leman, a midwife and nurse working in the North East on Monday, October 15, 2018 must not go unpunished.
Toafic Toure, ICRC operational communication delegate, Maiduguri sub-delegation, had on Sunday pleaded with the federal government to avert Leman’s killing as the Monday deadline given by the insurgents approached.
In the past few weeks, various bodies and personalities including the ICRC where they worked, the ICM, Toyin Saraki amongst others had pleaded with the sect to show mercy and release the other healthcare providers after they had murdered Nurse Saifura.

ISWAP, in a short statement, said: “We have kept our word exactly as we said, by killing another humanitarian worker, Hauwa Leman, who is working with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) that were abducted during a raid on a military facility in Rann, Kala Balge in March 2018.
WHY THE NURSES WERE KILLED
“Saifura and Hauwa were killed because they are considered as Murtads (apostates) by the group because they were once Muslims that have abandoned their Islam, the moment they chose to work with the Red Cross, and for us, there is no difference between Red Cross and UNICEF.
“If we see them, we will kill the apostates among them, men or women, and chose to kill or keep the infidels as slaves, men or women.

Those who have not been following the story would be wondering who Mrs. Alice Loksha Ngaddah, Hauwa Mohammed Liman and Saifura Husseini Ahmed are. They are highly courageous humanitarian workers who braved all the risks to serve distressed Internally Displaced Persons in Borno State. Hauwa was a brave young midwife working to bring life into the world, and we mourn her loss with the greatest sorrow.
Hauwa’s shocking death comes only a few weeks after her colleague, Saifura, was also killed.

Alice Ngaddah Is Registered Midwife and a mother of Two whose children have become weary, waiting for their mother; her mother also died in April 2018 as a result of the shock of her Daughter’s Abduction.
A copy of the note Alice Ngaddah sent out reads:we are pleading and begging with heavy hearts to our humble President Muhammadu Buhari to hear our cry for mercy and look into our situation and vindicate us from this captivity. BOKO HARAM PLAN FOR THE LAST NURSE HELD CAPTIVE
After killing Liman, ISWAP (The Islamic State West Africa) Province said Ngaddah, a Christian Registered Nurse who works with UNICEF, will be kept as a slave, just like Leah Sharibu.
Sharibu and Ngaddah are now our slaves,” it said. “Based on our doctrines, it is now lawful for us to do whatever we want to do with them: Boko Haram.

The Federal Government is shocked and saddened at the killing of another aid worker by Boko Haram on Monday, despite the actions taken by the government and the widespread appeal to save the young woman.
A statement issued in London on Monday by Segun Adeyemi, Special Adviser to the Honourable Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, described the killing as dastardly, inhuman and ungodly, saying nothing can justify the shedding of the blood of innocent people.
He commiserated with the family of Hauwa Leman, noting that the Federal Government did all within its powers to save her life.
His words: “It is very unfortunate that it has come to this. Before and after the deadline issued by her abductors, the Federal Government did everything any responsible government should do to save the aid worker.
“As we have been doing since these young women were abducted, we kept the line of negotiations open all through. In all the negotiations, we acted in the best interest of the women and the country as a whole.
”We are deeply pained by this killing, just like we were by the recent killing of the first aid worker. However, we will keep the negotiations open and continue to work to free the innocent women who remain in the custody of their abductors.”
He thanked all the friendly governments that have continued to work with Nigeria for the safe release of the abducted women, and the clerics across religious lines who have been pleading for their
